Couple Therapy
New paths to intimacy, understanding, and connection
Couple relationships are dynamic processes, shaped by our personal experiences, unspoken expectations, social structures, and learned roles — including those related to gender.
At times, couples may face challenges in communication, especially when dealing with disagreements or conflicts around daily decisions, parenting styles, or the division of responsibilities. These difficulties often show up as misunderstandings, prolonged silences, or recurring arguments. Over time, this can lead to physical and/or emotional distance, making it harder to express needs without fear of judgment or conflict.
In this therapeutic process, we work together to reframe your shared stories, strengthen the relationship’s resources, and open up new possibilities for connection — all within a space of respect, curiosity, and non-judgment.
Procedure & Costs
Feel free to contact me via phone or email to briefly introduce yourself and outline what you’re looking for and what you hope to work on together.
If I am unable to respond immediately, I will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable time. Sessions are held jointly as a couple and usually last 90 minutes.
Unfortunately, couples therapy is not covered by health insurance; therefore, costs must be covered privately.

Solidarity Pricing
Solidarity pricing is especially aimed at individuals with low income, such as students, single parents, those in transitional phases, or precarious employment. It's important to me that seeking support is accessible.
If psychological support is needed, but regular prices present a barrier, please contact me.
Online Sessions & Cancellation Policy
Sessions are possible both in my practice in Zurich and online via video—in German, English, or Spanish.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance—short-notice cancellations will be billed in full.
