Psychological Counseling
Understanding your own stories –
developing new narratives
Throughout life, people make sense of their experiences by constructing multiple narratives. The stories that emerge from personal, relational, professional, academic, or life-changing challenges, such as migration, the loss of a loved one, illness, or political, social, or climate-related events, often take up significant space in a person’s life and tend to become rigid over time. In such moments, it becomes more difficult to access those other narratives rich in resources, skills, intentions, dreams, and hopes.
My approach is primarily based on narrative and cognitive-behavioral therapy. While narrative therapy helps open up new possibilities for meaning and strengthens preferred stories, CBT tools offer practical strategies to transform beliefs and habits that cause distress.
I work collaboratively with you to help you reconnect with your sense of agency, broaden your identity beyond the problem, and support both new ways of making meaning and concrete changes in your daily life.
Procedure & Costs
We begin with an initial session where we get to know each other and explore what you’re hoping for in therapy. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place in a protected environment. Depending on your needs, sessions can be arranged regularly or flexibly. As change is a process, we reflect on your progress together, adapt strategies, and strengthen your resources for long-term positive developments.
Unfortunately, psychological counseling is not covered by health insurance; therefore, costs must be covered privately.

Solidarity Pricing
Solidarity pricing is especially aimed at individuals with low income, such as students, single parents, those in transitional phases, or precarious employment. It's important to me that seeking support is accessible.
If psychological support is needed, but regular prices present a barrier, please contact me.
Online Sessions & Cancellation Policy
Sessions are possible both in my practice in Zurich and online via video—in German, English, or Spanish.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance—short-notice cancellations will be billed in full.
